I just finished reading some updates to a blog I hadn't read in three weeks. I was happy to see that there is someone out there who posts even less often than I do. Happy may not be the exact word I'm looking for. In any event, one of her posts intrigued me. It was a list of what she was tired of. It wasn't much of a list. It wasn't clever. It was just honest. Two of the items were "drudgery" and "fatigue." Then I thought, "What am I tired of?" Here's my uninspired, unimaginative list:
- Leaders who are uninspired and unimaginative.
- Nancy Pelosi's boob-sling power suits.
- Global Warming.
- That headache I get when I'm trying to be tactful. I can't tell if it's because I'm sure that my efforts are so completely transparent that my tact is completely self-refuting or because tact just isn't as satisfying as telling someone flat out that they are being really annoying/stupid/assinine/dangerous/rude/smelly.
- People being mad that Don Imus got fired.
- The Saudis.
- The American pols and business people who suck up to the Saudis.
- Americans who think that it's right to consume as much energy as they can afford no matter what that means to our dependency on foreign oil (see #6 and #7, above.)
- Correspondents who think there's something odd/strange/corrupt about offering reenlistment bonuses to people who VOLUNTEER to serve in our armed forces.
That's enough for now. I'm going to go back to being acerbic. This is too tiring.
An array of Boob Sling Power Suits from our "Speaker of the House What Not to Wear" collection.

In this country it's against the law to salute a woman who looks this bad.

With the Saudi Angel of Death, who appears to have his own sling issues.

That button is actually welded to a steel rod that was surgically implanted in her sternum.

36C mallet, 38DD boobs. That reminds me of a joke...
