Will Not Sign if this plan adds one dime to our deficit

This is a game changer, but the follow-up is classic: I inherited the deficit...

Oh, right: we can pay for this by finding savings in the "current" healthcare system.

Speaking to seniors: Medicare is a sacred trust?  to be passed down from one generation to the next?  There's money in the Medicare trust fund?

The problem is the profit padding insurance companies.  Have Frank Raines explain to all what profit padding is.
